Hey, Your Blueprint Is Looking Great!
Step 2: Create Your Landing Page Blueprint
We do things a little differently here!
Read through our custom options below and select the sections most likely to be on your landing page. The images do not represent how the end product will look. It's just an example of the possible design style of that section and to give you a better representation of how that element fits in the landing page.
Let's Start With
the Main Elements
The main elements to achieve an effective landing page are listed below. We do not require you to include any elements, but these sections are recommended for the highest success rate. Select each section you want included in your design project..
Hero Section (Recommended)
Your Unique Selling Proposition
The Hero Section is a key element of your landing page because it sets up the Call-to-Action. You cannot have an effective landing page without the Hero Section. The Hero Section hooks the reader and introduces your offer right from the start. It is usually comprised of the logo, main headline, supporting text, and the Call-to-Action. Add an impactful image or video to maximize effectiveness.
Call-to-Action Section (Recommended)
The Conversion Goal
Make the sale! The Call-to-Action (CTA) is the most important part of the landing page. This is the entire purpose of your Landing Page. The CTA is usually a form or button that prompts your lead to take action. The CTA is here to collect the lead or make the sale.
Benefits Section (Recommended)
Invoke Emotional Responses
Solve your client’s problem. This section provides the benefits of your product or service. Unlike the features section, the benefit section taps into the emotional side of the conversion and shows the end result of your product or service. Benefits offer solutions to make your product or service stand out.
Features Section (Recommended)
Facts and Stats
What does your offer include? After the Benefits Section, the Features Section lists the details about your product or service. This section includes the facts, such as the dimensions and specifications. While the Benefits Section triggers the emotions, the Features Section appeals to logic and seals the deal to finalize the conversion.
Increase your conversions by including additional elements.
For example, the Logo Section and Testimonial Sections helps gain trust with the prospect. The Quote Section reinforces the offer and the FAQ Section may ease the reader's mind after seeing some unanswered questions in other sections finally get answered. Each additional element serves its purpose to increase your conversion rate in its own unique way.
Welcome the Prospect and Support Your Offer
The Introduction section provides more in-depth information to support the Hero Section. Welcome your prospect and share additional details about the offer.
Quote / Reinforcement Section
A Reinforcement Statement to Main Interest
There is another page title that you can use to drive home the purpose of your page. This is the reinforcement statement. It sits about halfway down your page, and serves to add a mid-experience message that you want to communicate to your visitors. Essentially it’s like a second headline.
Give Your Page a Personal Feel
Introduce your company and the founder. Tell the user what you or your company is all about. Include a short founder story to invoke an emotional response and increase conversions.
Middle Call-to-Action Section
The Conversion Goal
The Middle Call-to-Action (CTA) is an extra CTA in the middle of the landing page. This is the entire purpose of your Landing Page. The CTA is usually a form or button that prompts your lead to take action. The CTA is here to collect the lead or make the sale.
Display Your Experts to Create More Trust
Put your expertise on display by showing the faces of your talented team. Show your prospects that you are not just a one man show. A personal feel can set you apart from the rest.
Answer Your Prospects Questions Before They Ask
Eliminate wonder and share the answers to questions your prospects may have. This is a great section to address topics you didn’t cover in other sections. Usually, these questions are asked by the customers themselves and can save you time in your sales funnel.
Gallery / Portfolio Section
Build Your Authority
Display your best work here to create authority and build confidence. This is a great tool to show exactly what you have to offer.
Impress Your Prospects
Show off your connections! Increase conversions by showing the logos of publications where you’ve been featured or well-known brands you have worked with. Make your prospects want to be part of your client list.
Let Your Customers Do the Talking
Referrals are still the best technique for high conversions. Let your customers do the talking and increase your page's conversion percentage with testimonials.
Set Expectations With Pricing
If you plan to sell something on your landing page, then you might need a pricing section. Why add another click in the funnel when you can just display the price on the first page. Less hurdles your prospect has to just through the higher the conversion rate.
Event / Details Section
Clarity Increases Conversions
This feature is mainly seen on event or webinar pages. Include the what, when, where, why and how of your offer. Include a strong headline to motivate your prospects to sign up for the event or webinar.
Extra Info, Links and Social Sites
This section is often seen on websites and homepages versus landing pages. However, you can add this section if additional information is needed. Include additional information, links, social media links and more.
